If you need to install a number plate, leave it to us!

Installing the bib number can be a tedious task, with requirements such as "it must be attached without bending" and "it must be strong and long-lasting."
At our store, we attach the products using a sewing machine, so they are less likely to fray even after repeated washing, and the seams are uniform and look neat.

Since bib numbers are often attached in conspicuous places, it's nice that they look good.

If you suddenly need to attach a number plate for a club activity or school event, please contact us!
At Form-i, if you let us know your delivery date in advance, we will respond as quickly as possible.

If there are any rules regarding the position, size, or attachment of bib numbers, please inform a member of staff at the reception desk.

If the bib needs to be removed, snap buttons can be attached to the bib and uniform.
*If you use snap-on installation, we cannot finish it on the same day or the next day. It will take a few days for it to be completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
