Hello! We are Form-i, a store specializing in clothing and bag repairs.

Whether it's a coat for work or a casual coat for the weekend, is the sleeve length, length, etc. the right size?
Before the cold weather really sets in, why not have your clothes altered to fit you perfectly?

There is a fitting room in the store, and if you are unsure whether to have the length shortened, our staff will take your measurements. Please feel free to come to the store with your items.

We can also repair worn cuffs or length of your beloved coat, frayed hems, or missing stitching around pockets. We also accept orders for button sew-on orders, even for a single button.

We accept repairs for clothes purchased at LaLaport as well as clothes purchased at other stores. Please feel free to bring in items purchased online or at outlet stores.
