Unagi no Nedoko is a shop where you can buy "crafts" from all over Japan, mainly from Fukuoka and Kyushu. We handle and introduce products from over 200 makers, ranging from local toys and tableware, woodworking products and bamboo crafts, to shoes and clothing, kitchen utensils, cosmetics and other daily necessities. Some of the products we handle may be considered intimidating, but we try to lower the barrier between craftsmanship and daily life as much as possible, and select products with a view to easily connecting them to everyday life.

Kyushu is blessed with mountains such as Mt. Aso, abundant water, and fertile land, and as a result, the region has developed forestry, agriculture, and various handicrafts and crafts. As well as selling products, we also introduce the local characteristics, historical background, and techniques used in the products. We also introduce products from around the country, so that customers can compare local characteristics and cultures, not just those of Kyushu.

In addition to selling products, we also hold special exhibitions that provide an opportunity to learn about local culture and introduce tours of UNA Laboratories, our group company.
