The instep band is removable, allowing you to wash the shoes separately. The estimated number of flashes is approximately 300,000, and the shoes will glow for approximately two months. This single-band jog style can be put on and taken off with one touch. It can be worn for a variety of occasions, including going to school, playing outside, exercising, and going out.
