[Hakata Shinpu by POPUP RAMEN] Opening on August 1st (Sat)!

"Hakata Shinpu by POPUP RAMEN" will open on the 3rd floor food court from August 1st (Saturday).
Founded in 2005, the restaurant aims to "bring a new wave to the Hakata ramen scene." In 2007, it won second place at the "Oishinbo Juku Ramen-do All-Japan Grand Prix" and became a pioneer in spreading ma-yu (garlic oil) in Fukuoka, participating in numerous ramen shows and events nationwide.
We are committed to homemade ingredients, using a blend of several types of domestic wheat to create our homemade noodles with a firm, springy texture, a creamy 100% tonkotsu soup with no unpleasant odor, and black garlic oil that we learned from "Kourai Ramen" in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto, to deliver a tonkotsu ramen made with passion.
