・当キャンペーンは予告なく終了する場合がございます。
・期間中に当規約および専用フォームの内容を変更する場合がございます。
・ご入力内容に虚偽または不備がある場合や不正または当規約に違反する事項が確認された場合および重複等不備がある場合、ご当選の権利を無効とさせていただく場合がございます。
・ご応募に関わるインターネット接続料、パケット通信費などの諸経費は、応募者様のご負担となります。
・お使いのスマートフォンの機種および設定や使用状況、通信環境などの理由により、ご応募できない場合があります。
