[Notice of Changes to Important Information Regarding Reservation Cancellations and Late Arrivals]
Thank you for always using Raffine Group.
To ensure that all our customers can enjoy our Services, we have made the following changes to our cancellation policy and guidelines regarding reservation cancellations and lateness.

[Change timing]
Effective from September 1, 2026.

[Regarding the changes]
In the following cases, you will be charged the full treatment fee as a cancellation fee.
* No-shows without prior notice
*If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time without contacting us, we will charge you a no-show fee. Please note that we will send you information regarding the payment of the no-show fee via email or SMS on or after the day following your appointment. Please follow the payment instructions provided in the information.

[How to cancel or change your reservation]
Cancellations and reservation changes can be made through your My Page until 11:59 PM the day before your reservation. (※This applies only to reservations linked to your membership information.)
For changes to your reservation on the day of your appointment, please contact the store where you made your reservation by phone. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a message on the answering machine with your reservation date and time and your full name.

At Raffine Group, we allocate time for each individual customer according to their chosen treatment menu.
Because each store has a limited number of customers it can serve in a day, same-day cancellations, last-minute reservation changes, and no-shows may affect the number of other customers we can serve.
To ensure all our customers have a pleasant experience, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in reviewing the above information before making a reservation.
