About ZENB
ZENB is a brand that proposes a delicious and healthy diet by using "the whole" of plants as much as possible.
We offer "Zenbu Bread," a special bread made using the entire yellow pea, including the thin skin, and is made without wheat flour (gluten-free*1) and low in carbohydrates*2, yet packed with nutrients such as protein and dietary fiber. Experience the fluffy and chewy texture that you wouldn't believe is made from beans.

*1 Gluten concentration is 10 ppm or less. The manufacturing plant also produces products containing wheat. If you have a wheat allergy, please consult your doctor.
*2 26% less carbohydrates compared to regular bread. Carbohydrate content of the 6 types of Zenbu Bread (per 100g): 24.8-38.8g (estimated value based on analysis). Walnut & Raisin: Compared to the average of walnut bread and raisin bread; Cacao, Black Tea & Orange, and Kidney Bean: Compared to sweet bread (without filling); Kinako An: Compared to sweet bread (with strained bean paste). Japanese Food Composition Table, Supplementary Edition 2023. 3 Types of Grains: Compared to white bread. Japanese Food Standard Composition Table 2015.
