Our clinic accepts follow-up examinations for school health checkups at any time.
Even those who received a C or D rating, and even those who received a B rating, may still experience further progression of myopia.
Furthermore, even if one eye is classified as A and the other as C, it is important to first have a proper examination at an ophthalmologist's office to understand the current situation.
The vision tests conducted at school are only basic and superficial.
There are cases where students receive a "B" grade at school, but an eye exam reveals that both eyes can see 1.2, so they are relieved that there are no particular problems. On the other hand, there are cases where a thorough eye exam reveals that one eye can only see 0.3.
It's actually not uncommon for people to find that their eye examination results at an ophthalmologist's office differ from those of their school health checkup.
Even if everything seems fine at home, it's important not to ignore it and to have it checked by an ophthalmologist.
At our clinic, we determine whether treatment is necessary, and whether glasses or contact lenses are prescribed, based on the condition of your child's eyes.
We will diagnose whether or not you need to wear contact lenses. Please feel free to contact us for a consultation.
*When visiting the clinic, please bring the necessary documents for verifying your insurance eligibility (such as your My Number Card or eligibility certificate).
