The 13th "&EARTH Learn the Knowledge to Survive Disasters!" Disaster Prevention Stamp Rally will be held!
This program allows everyone from small children to adults to learn about disaster prevention in a fun way. (Participation is free.) Participate in the program and collect stamps to receive a prize.
