We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the recent earthquake centered in Kumamoto Prefecture.

We would like to inform customers who purchase the second series of Dick Bruna x studio CLIP products, which will be released on August 8th (Saturday), of the following:

◆Regarding the release date◆
In-store release date: August 8th (Saturday)
and ST release date: August 7th (Fri) 9:00 AM
*Please note that the release date may change due to natural disasters or other reasons. Check each store's Instagram or other channels for updates.
Please check the and ST Shops list.
*Further information regarding ticket distribution locations and other details will be announced on each store's Instagram and the and ST Shops list.

◆Regarding the implementation of entry restrictions◆
Due to the expected heavy crowds at all stores carrying Dick Bruna products on the first day of release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure customer safety.
・On the first day of release, we may set up a separate entrance for customers purchasing Dick Bruna products.
Also, the method of implementing entry restrictions will vary from store to store, so please check the and ST Shops list for the store you plan to visit on the day of your visit for information on entry tickets.

◆Regarding entry tickets◆
*Numbered tickets will be distributed from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM on Saturday, August 8th at the "2F B/C Parking Lot Connection" LaLaport ANJO.

◆Regarding Purchase Rules◆
- We will not be able to accept orders or reservations until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
Until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), in-store purchases are limited to 2 items of the same product (same color, same size) per transaction, and 6 DI Puffy Magnets.
*Please refrain from purchasing multiple items by lining up again.
Purchases for resale purposes are prohibited.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons at either our physical stores or and ST.
・We will be turning off the in-store inventory display within and ST until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
*Due to system limitations, the store inventory display for all products is currently turned off. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
