Seiyu is currently accepting reservations for eel products in preparation for the Day of the Ox during the summer.
This year's top recommendation is our special unaju (eel rice bowl) and nagayaki (grilled eel), both made with eels sourced from Kyushu.
Our Kyushu-produced eel rice bowl features eel carefully grilled over charcoal until plump and finished with a flavorful tamari soy sauce glaze.
With every bite, the savory aroma of charcoal grilling and rich umami flavor spread, allowing you to enjoy a truly luxurious taste.
Furthermore, the "Grilled Eel from Kyushu" is served with a special sauce made using authentic mirin and tamari soy sauce from a long-established Mikawa company.
Each eel is carefully grilled over charcoal by skilled craftsmen, resulting in a masterpiece that brings out the full flavor of the eel.
These eel products are available at a discounted price compared to the in-store price if you make a reservation.
