Introducing pistachio CHOCOCRO taiyaki!
The original croissant dough is made up of 24 layers and is kneaded with couverture chocolate, resulting in a special, elegant dough that exudes a rich cocoa flavor when baked.
On the surface (only one side) is the inscription "Queen of Nuts" "Fresh pistachios" By generously topping it with pistachios and baking it at high temperatures from both sides, we have brought out the rich flavor and body of the pistachios, as well as their roasted aroma and texture.
