◆Requests when using the rooftop plaza
To ensure everyone's safety, please be considerate of those around you while using the facilities.
Also, please keep a close eye on your young children.
◆Regarding the partial closure of playground equipment due to weather conditions
Depending on the surface temperature of the playground equipment, we may take precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, such as preventing burns.
We may close the playground equipment in some cases.
◆Regarding the exclusive use of tables and the use of raised seating areas
Please refrain from using the tables and raised seating areas for extended periods.
Please note that priority will be given to customers with children for use of the raised seating area.
Depending on the situation, we may ask you to give up your seat.
◆Regarding the free chalk rental hours at the "Night Sky Chalk Park" in the rooftop plaza.
Chalk is available for free during the following hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
