This is an Edomae Tendon specialty restaurant with its main store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Kaneko Hannosuke, a leading figure in the Japanese food world, was born in Asakusa and was an Edokko who loved the downtown area and Japanese food more than anyone else. The founder, who is Kaneko Hannosuke 's grandson, was handed down from his grandfather when he was a child, and in the Enmacho (recipe book) there was a recipe for the ``secret Edomae donburi sauce'' that was not shared with anyone outside. After much trial and error in search of the best ingredients to go with this donburi sauce, Kaneko Hannosuke 's Tendon was finally completed. Please enjoy this special dish, which combines the trinity of overflowing tempura fried in fragrant, high-temperature sesame oil, the secret donburi sauce, and rice, with the theme of ``chic and bold.''
