Our Commitment
Our noodles are made fresh in-house using richly flavored domestic Hokkaido wheat.
These homemade noodles have a chewy texture, smooth mouthfeel, and ease in the throat, which can only be achieved by making them in-house, and they bring out the full flavor of the wheat.
It is paired with a rich seafood soup made by simmering a large amount of seafood over extremely high heat, using pork bones and chicken carcasses as the base.
Please enjoy this exquisite bowl, topped with a generous amount of freshly shaved "melt-in-your-mouth bonito flakes."
