Morning
Until 11:00 a.m., Services a complimentary toast of our homemade mountain bread and a warm boiled egg with every drink. You can also change the boiled egg to homemade egg paste or Nagoya's specialty oguraan. -
Shironoir
The temperature difference between the hot Danish bread and the cold ice cream is a distinctive feature. Please enjoy with syrup to your liking. The seasonal menu "Seasonal Shiro Noir" is also recommended.
Our Commitment
●Komeda Blend●
Four types of Arabica beans carefully selected from around the world are roasted into seven types and then blended.
Carefully extracted using a cloth drip filter.
●Morning●
Using the highest quality wheat flour, the same type used in hotels, Yamashoku bread is fermented and baked slowly at low temperatures, resulting in a soft crust. It is SLY in the store to make it even more delicious.
●Shiro Noir●
The secret to its delicious combination with the soft serve ice cream is the layers of Danish bread dough.
It is folded into 64 layers, more than the usual 27 layers.
