"Wanaka", a sushi shop and sweets shop in Sennichimae, was a common shop in the town that was loved by the local children. When they started grilling takoyaki on the eaves of the shop, it became the roots of the modern-day "takoyaki".
Our specially made dough is cooked in one go on a custom-made copper plate, resulting in a crispy outside and soft and chewy inside. You can enjoy it with a variety of flavors.
The taste has history. It has passion. It's a long-standing pursuit of deliciousness. It's a commitment.
