Our Commitment
Although it looks like soba noodles, it does not contain buckwheat flour. Seiro udon is suitable for people with soba allergies, and wild large shrimp has a plump texture.
Chef Profile
Iwahara
Born in Osaka in 1979. He has trained at various udon restaurants for over 20 years, learning the knowledge, techniques and attention to detail of udon. He is one of our promising chefs. In his private life, he is the father of two children.
