Our Commitment
The famous restaurant "Tsujihan" was named after the bowl of ramen created by the combined efforts of TSUJITA founder Tsujita Yudai, a dynamic figure in the ramen industry, and Kaneko Shinya, founder of Nihonbashi Kaneko Hannosuke Hannosuke, combining the "tsuji" from TSUJITA and the "han" from Hannosuke.
This is the ultimate seafood bowl specialty restaurant, created in partnership with Kyoichi, Hokkaido's largest seafood wholesaler.
