Stir-fried gapao is made by adding plenty of the refreshingly fragrant Thai basil "gapao" to coarsely ground chicken and stir-frying it with chili peppers, fish sauce, and seasoning sauce, and goes perfectly with Thai fragrant "jasmine rice."
If you crumble a fried egg and mix it in, it gives off a mellow flavor.
