Our Commitment
The tomato sauce is made with a specially blended Salvatore tomato sauce from Italy, and the mozzarella cheese is also imported from Italy.
The basil we use is grown without the use of any pesticides.
Chef Profile
Salvatore Cuomo
Born on July 14, 1972 in Naples, Italy.
Influenced by his father, who was a chef, he decided to become a chef at the age of 11 and started working at his uncle's restaurant. He then came to Japan to help out at the restaurant his father opened.
However, a few months later, wanting to surpass his father, he went to Northern Italy to learn about the cuisines of the whole of Italy. Two years later, when his father fell ill, he returned to Japan, and continued his training while traveling between Japan and Italy.
He became the person responsible for making the authentic Neapolitan pizza, which he learned and inherited from his father, famous in Japan.
When it comes to cooking, he always aims to be the only one, not number one.
