Our restaurant handles many carefully selected ingredients from producers we know personally, and we are committed to providing safe and delicious food. We are particularly focused on fresh fish. We work every day to ensure that our customers can enjoy fresh, seasonal fish in the best possible condition that day.
We also have a wide selection of dishes made with Awaodori chicken. Awaodori chicken, a Tokushima specialty, is a high-quality chicken that is carefully raised for over 80 days in a relaxed environment blessed with nature. We offer dishes you will never forget once you have tried them, such as "Seared Awaodori Chicken," skewers, Xiaolongbao dumplings, and clay pot rice.
Of course, we also stock local sake and shochu delivered directly from the brewery so that you can fully enjoy our cuisine.
Most of the rooms we have available are completely private, but we also have a large tatami room that can accommodate up to 30 people. It can be used for a variety of occasions.
