■Entry Rules
When applying for the "Premium Medal Exclusive" Special Gift Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign"), please review and agree to the above campaign details and these terms and conditions before applying.
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the applicant and Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Mitsui Shopping Park Card (Saison), LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Card (Saison), Mitsui Shopping Park Card (Saison) LOOP/LOOP Gold, Tokyo Midtown Card (Saison) (newly issued from April 2019 onwards, champagne gold card face), Tokyo Dome City Card (Saison), Mitsui Shopping Park App (QR code for app-based payments)
*Family cards are also eligible.

No credit card functionality available.
Mitsui Shopping Park Point Card, LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Point Card, Mitsui　Sumai（Mitsui Homes）LOOP Members Card, Tokyo Midtown Card, Mitsui Shopping Park App, Mitsui Shopping Park Point LINE Official Account, Members Page, Facility Website (QR code for points)

■ Winner Announcement
Winners will be notified by the awarding of points. Points are scheduled to be awarded around late December 2026. If you are not selected, you will not be contacted by our company.

■Notes
Each person may only apply once. Minors must obtain parental consent before applying.
- If the medal is no longer a premium medal as of November 29, 2026 due to returns or other reasons, it will not be eligible.
Purchases made at stores that do not offer points, or at stores where points are accumulated at a later date, are not eligible.
・For &mall/ MITSUI OUTLET PARK online, this offer applies to purchases where the order is completed by November 29th and points are awarded by December 13th.
If you cancel your membership on the Members Page after the application period ends, you will not be eligible for the drawing.
If any false or incomplete information is found, or if fraud, a violation of the terms and conditions, or duplicate entries are detected, the winning entry may be invalidated.
・To avoid duplicate wins that exceed the limits set by the Premiums and Representations Act, we may check the winning status of other campaigns conducted by our company at the same time and exclude winners from the drawing.
• Winning rights cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Points have an expiration date.
• Communication costs, etc., will be borne by the applicant. Depending on your device, communication environment, etc., you may not be able to apply.
・Our employees and related parties are not included.
This campaign and these terms and conditions may be changed, suspended, or terminated as needed.

■Disclaimer/Liability
We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the interruption, cancellation, or unavailability of this campaign due to system failures, maintenance, disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, unless such damages are due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
If damage is caused to our company or a third party due to an applicant's violation of the terms and conditions, fraudulent or illegal activities, the applicant shall compensate for such damage.

■Handling of personal information
Personal information obtained during the application process will be used for the lottery, winner confirmation, point allocation, and other purposes defined by our company. We may also aggregate and analyze this information in a way that does not identify individuals, for reference in future campaigns and other initiatives. If we outsource any operations to a third party, we will appropriately supervise the contractor. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."
