This bakery was founded in Kobe in 1905. We provide freshly baked bread using the "scratch method," where artisans do all the processes from preparing the dough from flour to shaping and baking in the store's kitchen. In addition to standard items such as French bread, white bread, and viennoquerie, we also offer seasonal and limited items that can only be tasted here, and we look forward to your visit.
At the attached Mini One, we offer mini-sized sweets, such as our popular mini croissants and our cocoa-flavored mini CHOCOCRO, which are rolled in chocolate and baked, sold by the weight in as many servings as you like. Please enjoy our freshly baked, slightly sweet mini croissants.
