Please check the COREDO floor maps for participating stores. The Nihonbashi Information Center (COREDO Muromachi 1, B1F) provides information and English brochures about tax-free procedures.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver luggage or personal belongings to your hotel, or ship internationally.
Holders of Mitsui Shopping Point Card receive one point for every ¥100 spent (excluding tax). Each point equals ¥1 and can be redeemed in ¥1 increments. Please inquire at the Nihonbashi Information Center for details and conditions. Applications for the Mitsui Shopping Point Card can also be made here.
The Nihonbashi Information Center provides assistance in English seven days a week from 11:00-20:00. Support for other languages varies from day to day.

Luggage storage service and lockers are not available at COREDO. Coin lockers are available at Mitsukoshimae Station.
Payment may be made by credit card or cash. Accepted credit cards include VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and UnionPay. Some stores may not accept credit cards, so please inquire at each store or the Nihonbashi Information Center for further details.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings, except in some restaurants. Please use the designated smoking areas.
- Photos and videos may be taken for personal use only. Permission is required for any other use.
- Please refrain from bringing animals other than guide dogs and service dogs to COREDO.
