This is a traditional restaurant where you can enjoy Hakata's traditional "Mizutaki" using fresh, in-house branded chicken "Hanamidori". The exquisite collagen-filled soup has a rich flavor made from mineral water and chicken bones. It adds body and sharpness to the natural umami of the chicken, bringing out the best in the ingredients. The "Mizutaki Gozen" and "Oyakodon Gozen" lunches are also recommended.
