Zen Is Punk" - Zen and punk.
Zen" and "Punk" are seemingly opposites, but they share a common spirit of thinking for oneself and making one's own choices, rather than following authority. In this project, EDWIN expresses this attitude by applying the traditional Kyoto "persimmon tannin dyeing" to its pride and joy of selvedge denim, and then finishing it with "stitching", a meticulous handcrafting process.
The persimmon tannin deepens in color with age and develops a unique look the more the garment is worn. It is the wearer, not the brand, who ultimately completes the garment.
The venue will feature a special lineup of pieces that symbolize the brand's identity, including the SHOHEI signature "IRENE SHIRT" and the green tea-dyed "MAKATO SHIRT," as well as new fringe tops, in addition to the collaboration pieces, which will be available only for 17 days.

During the period, customers who purchase 50,000 yen or more including tax will receive a bottle of" SHOHEI ZEN DENIM IPA," a craft beer developed and brewed in collaboration with Teenage Brewing.
Enjoy this special brew inspired by the flavor of persimmon tannin at home.
