If you do not use your card or make any payments related to its use from the 1st of the month of enrollment to the last day of the enrollment month of the following year, a card Services fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged (excluding the Premier American Express® Card, which has an annual fee of 3,300 yen (tax included)).
