Article 1 (Definitions)
This Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "This Application Privacy Policy") sets out how user information will be handled in the "Mitsui Shopping Park App" (hereinafter referred to as "This Application"), a smartphone application provided by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), and in Services related to this application (hereinafter referred to as "This Services").
Article 2-1 (Items of information to be collected, purpose of use, and method of collection)

When using this application and this Services, if you consent to the provision of various Services, in order to provide Services tailored to you through push notifications, etc., we will automatically collect the following "user information." However, this does not apply to information collected when you display or use a website within this application. If you do not consent to the provision of various Services, we may not be able to provide you with the appropriate Services.

  • (1) Location information (latitude and longitude): To confirm the area when providing Services and provide Services according to the location information.
  • (2) Push notification token (a unique ID issued by Apple/Google and used for push notifications): To identify you when providing this Services.
  • (3) Various permission information (push notifications, location information transmission, Wi-Fi transmission, Bluetooth transmission): To help improve the Services, fix bugs, and analyze data.
  • (4) Version/type of the App, device, OS, installation date and time of the App, and update date and time of the App: To help improve the Services, fix bugs, and analyze data.
  • (5) Usage status within the App (usage menu, launching and closing the App): To help improve the Services, correct bugs, analyze data, provide Services and information tailored to the Customer.
  • (6) Mitsui Shopping Park Point Member Information (Registration Information, Purchase History): (Only for Customers who have registered their Mitsui Shopping Park Point Member information in the App) To help improve the Services, analyze data, and provide Services and information tailored to Customers.
  • *When you register (6) Mitsui Shopping Park membership information on this app, this information will automatically be linked to (2), (5) and your App de Payment registration status information and will be treated as personal information together with your Mitsui Shopping Park membership information.
Article 2-2 (Information to be registered by the customer)
Among the functions of this app, if you use the Mitsui Shopping Park Point Membership Registration function, Point QR (accrual and use of Mitsui Shopping Park Points), App de Payment (credit payment function using Mitsui Shopping Park Card "Saison"), online shopping site "Mitsui Shopping Park &mall" (hereinafter referred to as "&mall"), Mitsui Shopping Park Kids Club, Smartphone de Order (food court ordering function), and restaurant waiting reservations, you will be required to register "Customer Information" as necessary. For information to be registered when using each function, with the exception of some, please refer to the respective terms and conditions. Note that the necessary information registered when making a restaurant waiting reservation will be shared with the store owner to allow you to make a waiting reservation. In addition, this app contains links to external sites, but the content of third-party websites other than ours (hereinafter referred to as "linked sites") is managed at the responsibility of the linked site company, and you must comply with the terms of use, copyright, and other regulations. Our company is not responsible for the protection of personal information or the content of the linked sites.
Article 3 (Agreement)
  1. 1. Please read and understand the privacy policy of this app before using this app and this Services. This privacy policy is posted in the "Information" menu tab, and is considered to be publicly available upon posting.
  2. 2. This app can be linked to Mitsui Shopping Park Point member information. If you wish to link your account, please register via the member registration/login page in the center of the home tab. In addition, the customer information you enter when registering will be handled in accordance with the "Handling of personal information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point members." Please agree to the membership terms and conditions before registering.
Article 4 (External Transmission)
Information obtained pursuant to Articles 2-1 and 2-2 will be transferred to a server installed by our company and used within the scope of the purposes set out in the same articles.
Article 5 (Method of User Involvement)

Users can stop providing or change the "Location Information" that is part of their "User Information" by following the steps below.

  1. - "Location information" in user information: (Android) Select "Apps" from "Settings", select "Mitsui Shopping Park", and change "Location information" in the "Permissions" section. (iPhone) Select "Mitsui Shopping Park" from "Settings" and change "Allow use of location information"
Article 6 (Termination of Services and Handling of Information)

In providing this App and this Services, we handle information as follows.

  1. 1. If a user uninstalls this App from their device using the deletion function of this App (hereinafter referred to as "uninstall"), "User Information" will be deleted during regular maintenance under appropriate management, except for some information held by our company for member information management and data analysis. Please note that "Mitsui Shopping Park Point Membership" and "&mall User Registration Information" will not be deleted even if this App is uninstalled.
  2. 2. If we terminate the provision of this App and this Services, the "User Information" we hold will be deleted after a certain period of time.
  3. 3. If a user does not use the App for four years or more, the user will be deemed to have terminated use, and the "user information" on the server will be deleted during regular maintenance under appropriate management.
  4. 4. Please note that user information will not be deleted from your device even in the following cases.
  5. (1) If an Android user deletes the App from their device without using the uninstall function.
  6. (2) If the user loses, replaces or discards the device before uninstalling the software.
  7. (3) If the User does not uninstall the App after stopping use of the App.
  8. 5. Mitsui Shopping Park Point Member information and personal information linked to it obtained through this App will be handled in accordance with the separately stipulated "Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members."
  9. 6. Services provided through &mall are subject to the separately stipulated "&mall Terms of Use." In addition, the handling of personal information in &mall Services will be in accordance with "Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members."
Article 7 (Link to Privacy Policy etc.)

Please check below for our Privacy Policy, Concerning Protection of Personal Information, and the latest privacy policy for this app. In the event that there is a difference between Privacy Policy and the privacy policy for this app, the privacy policy for this app shall take precedence.

We will not disclose or provide to a third party any personal information acquired and stored from users through this app and this Services without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

  • 2. When it is necessary for the protection of an individual's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
  • 3. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or an entity commissioned by them in carrying out its duties as prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual may impede the performance of those duties.
  • 4. Any other case in which the Company deems it necessary based on socially accepted standards and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

Article 10 (Changes)

If we make any changes to this app's privacy policy, we will post the changes on this app.
The terms of use of Services will be subject to the revised app privacy policy and will come into effect from the time they are displayed on our app.
We may change this app's privacy policy without the consent of the user. However, depending on the content of the changes, we may need to obtain consent from the user again. The cases in which we will obtain consent are as follows:
