Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a member of the Mitsui Fudosan Group and operates "Mitsui Shopping Park Points" and the online shopping site "Mitsui Shopping Park &mall."

Article 2 Membership and Registration
1. A member is an individual (excluding elementary school students or younger) who has accepted these terms and conditions, applied for membership by themselves, and whose membership has been approved by our company. Please note that we do not accept membership on behalf of a third party.
2. When registering as a member, you must enter and register the required items in accordance with the method specified by our company, and then submit your registration application.

Article 4 Points
We will register points based on the amount spent at participating facilities, stores, or online shopping sites.
1. Points registration target
(1) Points will be registered according to the purchase amount (excluding consumption tax, etc.) only when a member visits an eligible facility or store and presents their point card at the time of payment, or when they purchase products using online shopping site. Please note that points may not be registered on the day of payment, but at a later date. For details, please check with the eligible facility, store, or website.
(2) Payment methods eligible for point registration are as follows (may vary depending on the store, product, or Services).

4. Points expiration date
Points are valid until the end of the month 24 months (2 years) after the month following the month in which they were registered (points that have been granted with a separate expiration date will follow that set date). When the expiration date arrives, the points will be forfeited.
5. Checking point balance and expiration date
You can check your points balance and expiration date at the time of payment, on the receipt given to you after payment, or on your member's page.
6. Using points
Points can be used as follows:
(1) Used at checkout
Members can use the points to cover all or part of the cost of products and Services when shopping. Please note that no change will be given. Please check the website for details on facilities, stores, products and Services where the points can be used.
(2) Use for Services planned by our company

4. There will be no fee for issuing the point card or any annual fee.
5. In principle, only one point card will be issued per person, and it can only be used by the person who signed on the back of the card. In addition, the point card cannot be lent or transferred to another person, and points cannot be transferred or transferred to another person.
Article 6: Loss or theft of point cards
1. Article 8 Changes to these Terms
In any of the following cases, our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without the consent of the member. When changing these terms and conditions, we will post the changes and the effective date of the changes on our website. We will also notify you on the websites of each facility and in our email newsletters.
(1) When the change to these Terms and Conditions is in the general interest of the Members
(2) When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
Article 9 Termination of Membership
If a member falls under any of the following items, he/she will lose his/her membership and all accumulated points will be forfeited.

2. If points have not been used for 48 months since the month of the last point registration (membership will expire at the end of the month. However, if points have not been used since registration, the month of registration will be counted as the starting month.)

Article 10 Cancellation of Membership
Our company may cancel a member's membership without notice if the member falls under any of the following items. In addition, our company may cancel the member's membership and cancel all accumulated points at the same time.
1. If a member falls under the category of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, etc., a social movement fraudster, a special intelligence violent group, etc., or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member, etc."), or if the member falls under any of the following (1) or (2):
(1) Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of a gang member, etc., for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself, one's company or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
(2) Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to a gang member or other such person.
2. If a member commits any of the following acts (1) to (5) by himself/herself or through a third party:
(1) Violent demands
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Threatening or violent behavior in relation to transactions
(4) Spreading false rumours, damaging the credibility of our company through fraudulent means, or disrupting our business
(5) Any other acts equivalent to (1) to (4) above.
3. If a Member has been issued multiple point cards by our company, when any of the events described in the previous two paragraphs occurs with respect to the other point cards.
Article 11 Withdrawal
When a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must follow the procedures specified by our company. In addition, when canceling their membership, the member must return their point card. In addition, any points accumulated up until the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
Article 12 Changes to and abolition of member benefits
Membership benefits and point Services contents may be changed or discontinued without notice.
Article 13 Emergency Measures
In the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, we may suspend all or part of the use of our point cards without prior notice to members.

Article 15 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

3. In the event that your affiliated card is damaged or the magnetic strip is defective, we will exchange your old point card for a new one. Any valid points will be transferred to the new point card.

Article 7 Changes to these Terms
1. In any of the following cases, our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without the consent of the member. 2. If a member commits any of the following acts (1) to (5) by himself/herself or through a third party:
(1) Violent demands
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Threatening or violent behavior in relation to transactions
(4) Spreading false rumours, damaging the credibility of our company through fraudulent means, or disrupting our business
(5) Any other acts equivalent to (1) to (4) above.
3. If a Member has been issued multiple cards by our company, when any of the events described in the previous two paragraphs occurs with respect to the other cards.
Article 10 Withdrawal
When a member cancels their membership, they must comply with the terms and conditions of the point partner. Furthermore, any points accumulated up until the time of cancellation (including when canceling an affiliated card) will be forfeited.
Article 11 Changes to and abolition of member benefits
Membership benefits and point Services contents may be changed or discontinued without notice.
Article 12 Emergency Measures
In the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, we may suspend all or part of the use of point cards and affiliated cards without prior notice to members.

Article 5 Mitsui Shopping Park Point Member

1) Violent demands
②Unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
③ Threatening or violent behavior in relation to use of the service
④ Any act of spreading false rumours, damaging the credibility of the Company through fraudulent means, or disrupting the Company's business
⑤ Other acts similar to ① to ④ above
(7) Any other case in which the Company reasonably determines that the content is inappropriate for the operation and management of the Services
Article 8 ID and Password Management
1. Registered users shall manage and store their IDs and passwords at their own responsibility.
2. Registered users may not transfer, lend, or disclose their IDs and passwords to third parties.
3. If a registered user discovers that his/her ID and password have been used illegally by a third party, he/she shall immediately contact the Company.
4. Chapter 8 Others
Article 24 Suspension and Termination of Services
The Company may suspend or terminate the provision of this Services or Services Services thereto to any specific user or all users at any time without prior notice to the user. Article 25 Separate Agreement

Article 1 Purpose
The Tokyo Midtown Card Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms and Conditions") apply to all point cards issued by our company and various Services provided by our company on the Mitsui Shopping Park app and other platforms, including the "Point QR Code" (hereinafter referred to as "Point Cards").
Article 2 Applicable Terms
The point card is subject to this special agreement in addition to the "Mitsui Shopping Park Point Membership Terms and Conditions" and "Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members" stipulated by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd., which operates the point business. In the event of any discrepancy between the contents of the regulations, this special agreement takes precedence.
Article 3. Membership and fees for point cards
You can use your point card by applying through the Members Page, where you fill in the required information on the designated form.
If you have not registered through the Members Page, or if your registration information is incomplete or inaccurate, you will not be able to use your points unless otherwise approved by our company.
Please ensure that all information entered is true and accurate. If the information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Tokyo Midtown Card members (hereinafter referred to as "members") may suffer disadvantages such as being unable to receive Services. However, unless the cause is attributable to our company, we will not be held liable.
There will be no fees for issuing point cards, nor will there be any annual fees.
In principle, only one point card will be issued per person, and it can only be used by the person whose signature is on the back of the card. Please note that point cards cannot be lent or transferred to others, nor can points be transferred or transferred to others.
Article 4 Loss, theft, damage, magnetic malfunction, etc. of this card
