Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a member of the Mitsui Fudosan Group and operates "Mitsui Shopping Park Points" and the online shopping site "Mitsui Shopping Park &mall."

In addition to its commercial facilities business, the Mitsui Fudosan Group is engaged in a wide range of businesses, including housing and lifestyle-related businesses, hotel and resort businesses, office building businesses, and logistics businesses (please see the Mitsui Fudosan website for details).

"Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members" is a set of terms and conditions governing the handling of personal information in Services of "Mitsui Shopping Park Point" and the online shopping site "Mitsui Shopping Park &mall" (hereinafter referred to as the "online Shopping Site").

Acquisition of personal information
1. In operating the Mitsui Shopping Park Points service, we will collect the following personal information about members (hereinafter referred to as "member information") and use it for the purposes and within the scope of use set out in each of the following articles.

2. If there are any changes to the registered information, the member must update the registered information via the member's page or by contacting the support desk. If the member fails to update the information, the member may suffer disadvantages such as not being able to receive Services, however, the Company shall not be liable unless the cause is attributable to the Company.

Purpose of Use
Our company and our group companies (Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries listed in the securities reports, etc. of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.; the same applies below) will use member information to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes of use.

1. To operate Mitsui Shopping Park Points and to provide products and Services handled by Mitsui Shopping Park Points

・Operation of our commercial facility websites and online shopping sites
・Registering and managing members' pages
・Event management
- Sales, shipping, and payment for products (items handled on online shopping sites operated by our company)

・Responding Contact from members and making calls within the building
- Security, emergency response, and fraud prevention (including detection of fraudulent use of online shopping sites operated by our company)

2. To introduce products and Services related to clothing, food, housing, leisure, and work offered by our company and our group companies to our members, as well as to provide various information and benefits

Article 1 Purpose
1. The Mitsui Shopping Park Point Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") govern the Mitsui Shopping Park Point (hereinafter referred to as "Points") Services operated by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
2. These terms and conditions apply to the "Mitsui Shopping Park Point Card, LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Point Card" operated by our company, point-affiliated cards (hereinafter referred to as "affiliated cards") issued by point business partners (hereinafter referred to as "point partners"), and all Services provided by our company, including the "Point QR Code" on the Mitsui Shopping Park app (hereinafter referred to as "point cards"). However, for point partners, Articles 5, 6, and 11 of these terms and conditions shall take precedence, and in the event of any other handling that differs from these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of each point partner shall be followed.

Article 2 Membership and Registration
1. A member is an individual (excluding elementary school students or younger) who has accepted these terms and conditions, applied for membership by themselves, and whose membership has been approved by our company. Please note that we do not accept membership on behalf of a third party.
2. When registering as a member, you must enter and register the required items in accordance with the method specified by our company, and then submit your registration application.
3. Each Member may only register one email address, and the registered email address will be used as the login ID.

Article 3: Content and method of provision of member Services
Members may use the following Services provided by our company:
1. Point Services
When using facilities that are eligible for the point Services (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Facilities"), stores, or online shopping sites, you will register for points as specified in Article 4.
2. Information provision Services
If desired, members may receive various information Services, such as subscription to e-mail magazines and direct mail from facilities and online shopping sites designated by our company. (These contents may include advertisements and promotions.) Even if a member does not wish to receive such information, our company may provide information that is deemed important by our company.
3. Members Page Services
The Members Page is a website exclusively for members, where you can use the various member Services listed below.
(1) Registration of additions, changes, and corrections to member information

(3) Procedure for changing your login ID (email address)
(4) Providing information on point balance and expiration date
(5) Registration procedure for receiving e-mail newsletters

Article 4 Points
We will register points based on the amount of purchases made at participating facilities, stores, or online shopping sites.
1. Eligibility to register points
(1) Points will be registered according to the purchase amount (excluding consumption tax, etc.) only when a member uses an applicable facility or store and presents a point card at the time of payment, or when a member uses online shopping site and purchases an item. Please note that points may not be registered on the day of payment, but at a later date. For details, please check with the applicable facility, store, or website.
(2) Payment methods that are eligible for point registration are as follows. (This may vary depending on the store, product, or Services.)
[1] Payment by cash
[2] Payment by credit card
[3] Payment by shopping vouchers, meal vouchers, or gift vouchers at participating facilities
[4] Payment by electronic money, prepaid cards, etc.
[5] Payment using points
[6] Any other payments specified by our company
[7] If any other conditions specified by our company are met.
Any payments that do not fall under the above payment methods will not be eligible for points registration.
(3) Points cannot be registered after payment has been made.
(4) The following stores, products, Services, and payment methods are not eligible for point registration, with the exception of some stores.
[1] Products: tobacco, gift certificates, postage stamps, revenue stamps, and other vouchers, travel expenses, etc.
[2] Services: Processing, repairs, shipping
[3] Taxes: consumption tax, etc.
[4] Payments by installments, installments, loans, etc., and direct debit for utility bills, etc.
[5] Any other stores, products, Services, accounts receivable payments, etc. that we specify as not eligible for points
(5) The content of points registration may be changed without notice.
2. How points are calculated
(1) In principle, one point will be registered for every 100 yen obtained by dividing the purchase amount (including tax) by the standard consumption tax rate at the time of the purchase plus 1 (including tax). (Note that points will be registered based on the above even if the purchased goods or services include those to which a reduced tax rate is applied.)
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the calculation method of some points may differ depending on our plans, facilities, stores, products, Services, etc.
3. Deletion and correction of point registration
If you return a purchased item, the points registered at the time of purchase will be deleted. Please note that we may correct any excess or deficiency in points due to incorrect point registration without prior notice.

4. Points expiration date
Points are valid until the end of the month 24 months (2 years) after the month following the month in which they were registered (points granted with a separate expiration date will follow that set date). When the expiration date arrives, the points will be forfeited.
5. Checking point balance and expiration date
You can check your points balance and expiration date at the time of payment, on the receipt given to you after payment, or on the member's page.
6. Using points
Points can be used as follows:
(1) Used at checkout
Members can use the points as part or all of the cost of products and Services when shopping. Please note that no change will be given when using the points. For details on facilities, stores, products and Services where you can use the points, please check the website.
(2) Use for Services planned by our company
Members can exchange points for products and Services offered by our company. Details of eligible Services will be provided at each facility or on our website.
(3) Regardless of paragraph 1, the method of using points may differ depending on the applicable Services.
(4) Members may not transfer or convert their points to a third party.
(5) In order to use points, you must first register your membership information.

Article 5 Point Card Issuance and Fees
1. You can use the point card by filling out the necessary information on the designated form on the member's page and applying.
2. If you do not register your membership information on the member's page, or if there are any incomplete or missing details in the registration information, you will not be able to use your points unless otherwise approved by our company.
3. Please input true and accurate information, and if there is any falsehood, error, or omission in the information, the member may suffer disadvantages such as not being able to receive Services, however, our company shall not be liable unless there is a reason attributable to our company.
4. There will be no fee for issuing the point card or any annual fee.
5. In principle, only one point card will be issued per person, and it can only be used by the person who signed on the back of the card. In addition, the point card cannot be lent or transferred to another person, and points cannot be transferred or transferred to another person.

Article 6 Loss or theft of point cards
1. If your point card is lost or stolen, you must immediately contact the point card issuing facility or the Mitsui Shopping Park Card Support Desk (Contact: 0570-064312, business hours: 9:00-17:00 (excluding New Year holidays) *call charges are the responsibility of the customer) (hereinafter referred to as the "Support Desk"), and we are not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of loss or theft by you.

Article 7: Handling of Personal Information
The handling of personal information in the "Mitsui Shopping Park Point" Services will be in accordance with "Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members."

Article 8 Changes to these Terms
In any of the following cases, our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without the consent of the member. When changing these terms and conditions, we will post the changes and the effective date of the changes on our website. We will also notify you on the websites of each facility and in our email newsletters.
(1) When the change to these Terms and Conditions is in the general interest of the Members
(2) When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.

Article 9 Termination of Membership
If a member falls under any of the following items, he/she will lose his/her membership and all accumulated points will be forfeited.
1. If you have violated these terms and conditions and our company determines that you are unsuitable to be a member
2. If points have not been used for 48 months since the month of the last point registration (membership will expire at the end of the month. However, if points have not been used since registration, the month of registration will be counted as the starting month.)
3. If you hold multiple point cards, you may lose your membership unless otherwise permitted by our company.

Article 10 Cancellation of Membership
Our company may cancel a member's membership without notice if the member falls under any of the following items. In addition, our company may cancel the member's membership and cancel all accumulated points at the same time.
1. If a member falls under the category of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, etc., a social movement fraudster, a special intelligence violent group, etc., or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member, etc."), or if the member falls under any of the following (1) or (2):
(1) Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of a gang member, etc., for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself, one's company or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
(2) Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to a gang member or other such person.
2. If a member commits any of the following acts (1) to (5) by himself/herself or through a third party:
(1) Violent demands
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Threatening or violent behavior in relation to transactions
(4) Spreading false rumours, damaging the credibility of our company through fraudulent means, or disrupting our business
(5) Any other acts equivalent to (1) to (4) above.
3. If a Member has been issued multiple point cards by our company, when any of the events described in the previous two paragraphs occurs with respect to the other point cards.

Article 11 Withdrawal
When a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must follow the procedures specified by our company. In addition, when canceling their membership, the member must return their point card. In addition, any points accumulated up until the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

Article 12 Changes to and abolition of member benefits
Membership benefits and point Services contents may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Article 13 Emergency Measures
In the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, we may suspend all or part of the use of our point cards without prior notice to members.

Article 14 Contact point
Inquiries and consultations regarding these terms and conditions, member benefits and member information will be accepted at the applicable facility.

Article 15 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute between a member and our company, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction and the applicable law shall be Japanese law.

However, for Affiliated Cards, Articles 5 and 10 of these terms and Services shall take precedence over the terms and conditions of the point partner, and in the event of any other handling that differs from these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the point partner and the Mitsui Shopping Park Card "Saison" Special Terms, Mitsui Shopping Park Card "Saison" LOOP Special Terms, and LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Card "Saison" Special Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliated Card Special Terms") shall apply.

Article 5 Loss, theft, damage, magnetic failure, etc. of affiliated cards
1. In the event that an affiliated card is lost or stolen, the Member must comply with the terms and conditions of the point affiliate.
2. In the event of loss or theft, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
3. In the event that your affiliated card is damaged or the magnetic strip is defective, we will exchange your old point card for a new one. Any valid points will be transferred to the new point card.

Article 6: Handling of Personal Information
The handling of personal information in the "Mitsui Shopping Park Point" Services will be in accordance with "Handling of Personal Information of Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members."

Article 7 Changes to these Terms
1. In any of the following cases, our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without the consent of the member. When changing these terms and conditions, we will post the changes and the effective date of the changes on our website. We will also notify you on the websites of each facility and in our email newsletters.
(1) When the change to these Terms and Conditions is in the general interest of the Members
(2) When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.

Article 8 Termination of Membership
If a member falls under any of the following items, the member's membership will be terminated. At the same time, the accumulated points will be forfeited. 2. If a member commits any of the following acts (1) to (5) by himself/herself or through a third party:
(1) Violent demands
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Threatening or violent behavior in relation to transactions
(4) Spreading false rumours, damaging the credibility of our company through fraudulent means, or disrupting our business
(5) Any other acts equivalent to (1) to (4) above.
3. If a Member has been issued multiple cards by our company, when any of the events described in the previous two paragraphs occurs with respect to the other cards.

Article 10 Withdrawal
When a member cancels their membership, they must comply with the terms and conditions of the point partner. Furthermore, any points accumulated up until the time of cancellation (including when canceling an affiliated card) will be forfeited.

Article 11 Changes to and abolition of member benefits
Membership benefits and point Services contents may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Article 12 Emergency Measures
In the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, we may suspend all or part of the use of point cards and affiliated cards without prior notice to members.

Article 5 Mitsui Shopping Park Point Members

(1) In principle, for payment methods that are eligible for point registration, 1 point will be registered for every 100 yen (excluding tax) of the purchase amount for each product ordered. Article 8 ID and Password Management

Chapter 8 Others
Article 24 Suspension and Termination of Services
The Company may suspend or terminate the provision of this Services or Services Services thereto to any specific user or all users at any time without prior notice to the user. Article 25 Separate Agreement

Article 26 Governing Law, Jurisdiction

Article 1 Purpose

Article 2 Applicable Terms

Article 3 Point Card Membership and Fees

3. 4. There will be no fee for issuing the point card or annual fee.

Article 4 Loss, theft, damage, magnetic failure, etc. of the Card
