Do you have any bags with broken metal fittings that are causing you trouble?

Snap hooks, in particular, tend to break easily on bags that are used frequently. The metal parts that rotate rub against each other, causing the base to wear down and eventually come off or break... Also, if you put too much heavy luggage in, the D-rings can come off or become distorted...

The metal fittings used on bags vary from brand to brand. They can come off, break, or deteriorate...

In such cases, let's have it repaired and replaced with sparkling new hardware!

*When bringing your bag in for repair, please be sure to bring both the bag itself and the shoulder strap.
*If one side is damaged, the other side is often worn out in the same way, so it is recommended to replace both metal fittings.
*If you are concerned about the difference in color or shape of the metal fittings on the left and right sides, we recommend having both repaired at the same time.
*Please note that the new mounting hardware will be a generic part and will therefore not have the brand logo.
