Eligibility

●Musicians/performers/chorus groups, etc.
・Professionals and amateurs are welcome.
- Able to perform at least two times between 11:00 and 18:00, for approximately 30 minutes each.
- Anything that makes loud noises, handles dangerous materials, or goes against public order and morals is prohibited.

The process from application to the day of the performance

1. 1. Send the required documents
2. 2. Preliminary screening (performed by us) * Screening criteria: We will check whether the proposal matches the image of our facility.
3. 3. Only those who pass the screening will be contacted by us.
4. 4. Meeting with successful applicants to coordinate schedules and other details (by phone)

Important Notices for Appearances

・The scheduled date may be postponed due to weather or other circumstances on our side.
・If we decide to cancel a performance, you will be asked to stop immediately, even if you are in the middle of a performance.
・ Performance fees etc. cannot be paid (tipping is possible).
・All expenses will be borne by the individual.
・Please operate the PA and set up the rental equipment yourself. We cannot handle this for you.

Precautions for use

• 1. We will not accept any applications that fall under any of the following items.
  - Anything prohibited by law
  - Anything that damages public morals or the aesthetic appearance
  - Anything that is considered dangerous in terms of equipment
  - Anything with political or ideological intent
  ・Anything that obstructs passage
  - Anything that may cause a fire, explosion, or other disaster.
  - Selling, soliciting, or donating items other than CDs, or anything that makes noise
  - Anything that may impede the operation of MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT or that MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT deems inappropriate
• 2. During the event, the in-house broadcasts and background music provided by MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT cannot be stopped.
• 3. If a crowd of people forms and is likely to obstruct passage, please take responsibility for ensuring the safety of the passageways.
• 4. The time and content of loading/unloading, construction, and removal must be approved by us in advance.
• 5. When installing fixtures, poles, banners, etc., please take sufficient measures against wind. If any damage is caused to the facilities at MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT or to third parties due to exhibits, installations, or events, you or your company will be required to pay compensation. MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT will not bear any responsibility.
• 6.Even if an event is being held, we may request that the event be canceled if unavoidable circumstances arise, such as an emergency or a disruption to the operation of MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT.
• 7. Please be sure to take home any waste materials and cardboard boxes used during construction. Do not throw them in existing trash cans, etc. If you require cardboard disposal, floor washing, security, etc., please notify us in advance and arrange a meeting.
• 8. Please take care not to leave flyers or other materials in designated trash cans or scattered in aisles.
• 9. In addition, please make efforts to maintain the facility's appearance and take care of daily maintenance such as cleaning.
• 10. Distribution of novelties etc. is permitted, however, distribution of cans (for juice, etc.) and gum is not HA行.
• 11.The sound volume during the event will be determined in coordination with MITSUI OUTLET PARK SENDAI PORT.
• 12. When using electricity, be sure to handle the cord properly.
• 13. If there are any changes to the content after approval, please contact us immediately.

Personal Information

The content of your application and any personal information you provide will be used for the purpose of applying to participate in the event at MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.) and to contact you regarding the operation of the event on the day.
The personal information we collect when you apply will be managed in accordance with Privacy Policy of Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.
