Traveling with pets
We ask that guests with pets understand and cooperate with the pet etiquette rules.
Some of our customers are afraid of animals or are ill.
To ensure that all our customers can use our facilities comfortably, please observe these rules.
Rules for passengers with pets
Please check the sticker at the entrance to each store for entry.
* Guide dogs, assistance dogs and hearing dogs are allowed in all stores.
Other rules
- For safety, please keep your pet on a lead and keep it as short as possible.
The facility will not take any responsibility for any disputes between guests regarding pets. - ・Please be careful not to run out into the parking lot or onto the road as it is extremely dangerous.
- ・If you do not follow the rules, you may be refused entry.
- -Do not tie it to handrails or other objects.
- ・You will not be able to enter "Food Court Mori no Kitchen" or "Mori no Minato Marche."
- *This facility does not provide a pet boarding area, foot washing area, or pet cart rentals.

- ・When entering Shops that allows pets, please make sure to put your pet in a pet cage or carry it in your arms.
- ・Please be considerate of other customers.
- ・Pet owners are responsible for dealing with any claims of damage to property caused by pets.
- ・Please also be aware that we may ask you to bring pets into the store.
