If you're experiencing problems such as "difficulty opening and closing," "won't close," "clasp coming off," or "getting stuck halfway," please consult us to see if it can be repaired before buying a new one!

We will check the condition of the zipper and propose a repair method that suits its condition, such as zipper replacement or SLY replacement.(If we cannot provide an estimate on the spot, we will take the item in and contact you later.)

* SLY is the part that engages and disengages the elements when opening and closing a zipper. (We have a wide variety of SLY available, but if we don't have one that matches the elements, we may suggest replacing the entire zipper.)

We also accept repairs for items you own, regardless of the brand or where you purchased them.
