Don't worry if the magnetic clasp comes undone! It can be replaced with a new part!

Do you have any bags with loose magnetic clasps or where the metal fittings have come off?
If you leave loose parts as they are, they can tear the main fabric along with the metal fittings on the back...

If the fabric of the main body tears due to being pulled by the magnetic force of the magnet, the fabric can be reinforced and reattached.
If it's starting to get wobbly, why not get it properly repaired with an early fix?

The new magnetic clasp will be a generic one, so the brand logo will be removed. Please be aware of this beforehand.
If you don't want the brand logo to disappear, please contact the store where you purchased the item or a directly managed store.

We repair not only items purchased within MITSUI OUTLET PARK, but also bags you already own that you purchased at other stores. (Regardless of brand or store of purchase)
