We will provide our shopping mall's event stage free of charge to artists who pass the preliminary screening as a venue for their presentation.

Eligibility

●Musicians, street performers, buskers, magicians
* Open to both professionals and amateurs.
*Items that make loud noises, are dangerous, or go against public order and morals are not permitted.
●Those who can perform at least one stage between 12:00 and 18:00 (each stage is approximately 30 minutes)

How to Apply

Please enclose the following required documents and mail them to the address below.

*Please note that CDs, DVDs, etc. will not be returned.

The content of your application and any personal information you provide will be used for the purpose of applying to participate in the event at MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.) and to contact you regarding the operation of the event on the day.

The process from application to the day of the performance

1. 1. Send the necessary documents by mail
2. 2. Preliminary screening (performed by us)
3. 3. We will contact those who pass the screening. (We do not accept Contact regarding the results.)
4. 4. Coordinate schedules with those who passed the preliminary screening and discuss other details (by phone)
5. 5. Meeting/final confirmation (on-site)

Important Notices for Appearances

• ●Please operate the PA and set up any rental equipment yourself. We are unable to assist you with this.
• ●The volume during the event will be determined in coordination with the person in charge MITSUI OUTLET PARK SAPPORO KITAHIROSHIMA.
• ●The scheduled date may be postponed due to weather or other circumstances on our side.
• ●If we decide to cancel an event even during a stage, you may be asked to stop immediately.
• ●Please note that there will be no appearance fee.
• ●All expenses must be borne by the individual.

Judging Criteria

Our facility is, after all, a shopping mall. Our basic policy is to not hinder customers from shopping comfortably and to not cause them any discomfort.
● Anything that makes loud noises, is dangerous, or violates public order and morals is prohibited.
