If you come to Okazaki Outlet, you'll want to try "meat hitsumabushi".
Our signature dish, the "Gyumabushi Gozen," is a hitsumabushi (eel rice bowl) dish where we are particular about everything from the selection of ingredients to the cooking method, in order to enjoy the meat and rice in the most delicious way possible.

We use locally sourced Aichi rice, chosen for its compatibility with the meat; a homemade sauce infused with the rich flavor of the meat in a secret broth; and red miso soup blended with Okazaki's Hatcho miso in kelp water that has been left to rest overnight.
