The restaurant offers a variety of nutritionally balanced dishes, including delicious rice, free-range eggs, and gluten-free sweets. The farm produces Mineasahi and Aichi no Kaori rice in Nakayama, Okazaki City, from seedling cultivation to milling. The rice, grown in a location with favorable conditions, including a climate with wide temperature fluctuations and clean water, boasts excellent taste. Therefore, the farm practices "recycling agriculture," feeding any unavoidable rice scraps and misshapen vegetables to chickens, whose droppings are then returned to the fields. We strive to educate our customers about our efforts to reduce environmental impact, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and preserve biodiversity. Yamada Farm has received the highest ★★★ rating from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' Visibility Label. We also have a special buffet corner for your beloved dogs.
