Brand Concept	Based on the concept of "Country Comfort - the richness and comfort of the countryside," we offer a wide variety of products to brighten up your dining table, including wine, jam, pasta sauce, table sauce, and more, with a focus on products manufactured at our own factory in Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture. At St. Cousair Winery, vignerons make wine throughout the seasons, based in approximately 10 hectares of vineyards with great views. Since its founding in 1990, St. Cousair Winery has been harvesting grapes and making wine every year, but after nearly 30 years, old vines have become more prominent. Since 2018, the winery has been challenging itself to protect the future of the vineyards by moving the old vines to better soil and replanting new seedlings. Like the monks who pioneered the vineyards of Burgundy, by planting branches and improving the soil, the goal is to create beautiful vineyards and Iizuna Town as a rich wine-producing region in 100 years' time. Today, I head to the fields, believing that the many people who visit this area in the next and the next generations will enjoy the wine and think, "I'm glad Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were planted here."
