When borrowing a wheelchair at General Information on the 1st floor of Center PLAZA, we will ask for your name and contact information.
We may use the phone number to contact you regarding the return of the wheelchair. Please return the wheelchair by closing time (usually 8:00 p.m.).
*This wheelchair is for use within MITSUI OUTLET PARK JAZZ DREAM NAGASHIMA only. Please refrain from taking it to surrounding facilities.
*Wheelchairs available for rental in the Parkside Area, 1F, near section 8190, cost 100 yen and have a return fee.
*We are not responsible for any accidents that occur during use.
Please return the wheelchair to the location where you rented it.

Located in the South Area, next to Blue Label / Black Label Crestbridge on the 1st floor, at the back of Gong cha Cha on the 1st floor, at the back of Orobianco on the 2nd floor of the South Area, next to Maison Margiela on the 1st floor of the Parkside Area, and next to Reparella Plus on the 2nd floor of the Parkside Area.
Everyone can use it comfortably, including the elderly, disabled, families with children, and pregnant women.
