Furthermore, CITIZEN refers to watches that conform to a special standard called "ISO 6425" as diver's watches.

ISO 6425 requires a minimum water resistance of 100 meters, as well as meeting stringent standards for visibility, magnetic resistance, shock resistance, and water resistance.
