This model measures heart rate (pulse).
It is equipped with a pulse meter that can measure pulses.

Press the start button when you want to count your pulse, and stop it after you've confirmed 30 pulses.
The number the needle shows at that time is your pulse rate.

It's commonly called SWATCH, and it's a very rare watch with features designed for use by nurses.

This Eco-Drive watch, which eliminates the need for regular battery changes, is quite rare in Japan, so please come and see it in person at our store.
