Traveling with pets

We ask that guests with pets understand and cooperate with the pet etiquette rules.

Some of our customers are afraid of animals or are ill.
To ensure that all our customers can use our facilities comfortably, please observe these rules.

Please check the sticker at the entrance to each store for entry.
* Guide dogs, assistance dogs and hearing dogs are allowed in all stores.

Other rules

  • For safety, please keep your pet on a lead and keep it as short as possible.
    We also encourage you to use a pet carrier (bag, buggy, etc.).
  • ・The facility will not take any responsibility for any disputes between guests regarding pets.
  • ・Please be careful not to run out into the parking lot or onto the road as it is extremely dangerous.
  • ・If you do not follow the rules, you may be refused entry.
  • -Do not tie it to handrails or other objects.
  • ・Please cooperate by having your pet wear proper etiquette clothing when moving around the building.
  • ・Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's waste.
  • *If you find any excrement or other debris in the building's corridors or anywhere else, please contact a nearby Shops staff member.
  • *This facility does not provide a pet boarding area, foot washing area, or pet cart rentals.

Stores where you can bring your pet

Pets are permitted in the common areas of A-SITE, B-SITE, and D-SITE.

*At C-SITE, you can enter up to the "General Information" on the 1st floor. Please make sure to put your pet in a pet cage or hold it in your arms when entering. (Entry is not permitted from the Tully's side entrance on the 1st floor of C-SITE or from the 2nd floor of C-SITE.)

Requests when bringing pets into the store

  • ・We do not allow pets to enter restaurants.
  • ・If you bring pets to restaurants, they can only be seated on the terrace.
  • ・When entering Shops that allows pets, please make sure to put your pet in a pet cage or carry it in your arms.
  • ・Please be considerate of other customers.
  • ・Pet owners are responsible for dealing with any claims of damage to property caused by pets.
  • ・The facility will not take any responsibility for any troubles between guests caused by pets.
  • ・Please also be aware that we may ask you to bring pets into the store.
  • ・Please note that we do not allow pets to enter C-SITE stores.
