Yasutomi Farm is located in Shimoashimori, on the outskirts of Okayama City. It is a popular spot with 120,000 visitors a year, and has a gelato Shops called Yasutomi Farm Famille attached to it. The concept is "delicious ice cream starts with delicious milk." For this reason, they do not compromise on the production of the milk used as the raw material, such as laying charcoal in the cowshed, which has a purifying effect, and giving the cows negative ion water, which is effective in improving their constitution. The gelato, which is made with plenty of milk produced with care by dairy farmers, boasts the original richness and sweetness of milk and a light texture. Another attraction is the wide variety of flavors, which use fruits from Okayama such as peaches, Pione grapes, and Ashimori melons. The farm spreads out in front of Shops, and you can also tour the cowshed. You can also enjoy experiences such as milking and butter making by reservation.

Kirin Beer Okayama Factory, located in the eastern part of Okayama City, is one of nine Kirin Beer factories in Japan that mainly produces products to be shipped to the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. Here, you can take a tour of the factory by reservation, which takes about an hour and 10 minutes (including tasting), and is guided by Aga guide. You can see actual malt and hops on display, and the brewing room where the wort that is the base of beer is made. The highlight is the packaging line, where beer is poured into washed cans and the lids are put on. It is an impressive sight to see beer cans being made at a speed of 2,000 cans per minute. In the open tasting hall facing the lawn square, you can enjoy up to three glasses of freshly brewed beer or soft drinks per person. This roadside station is built on reclaimed land in Kasaoka City, located on the border with Hiroshima Prefecture. Its greatest attraction is the flower fields that fill the vast grounds in front of it. In early spring, 10 million rapeseed flowers bloom, followed by 10 million poppies coloring the land around May. In summer, 1 million sunflowers bloom toward the sun, and in autumn, 30 million cosmos flowers delight visitors. Events are held during the flowering season, attracting many visitors. The roadside station sells Kasaoka's specialty products, and the fresh fish section, which features fresh seafood caught off the coast of Kasaoka, is particularly popular. The adjacent local produce buffet restaurant, Shikisai, is so popular that at lunchtime, there is a line of people waiting to taste the food. An Italian chef serves up about 40 colorful dishes using fresh ingredients from Kasaoka.

Okayama City is a crossroads for transportation, with railways, highways and other means of transport crisscrossing it, and is home to popular tourist spots such as Okayama Korakuen, one of Japan's Three Great Gardens, and Okayama Castle, also known as the Crow Castle. Other attractive areas include Ushimado, known as the Aegean Sea of Japan, and Bizen City, the nationally renowned birthplace of Bizen ware. Furthermore, the northern part of the prefecture is a nature land with the mountain ranges of the Chugoku Mountains. There are plenty of ways to enjoy nature, such as going for a highland drive in Hiruzen, famous for its Jersey cows, or viewing autumn leaves in the deep green Okutsu Valley. The three hot springs of Yugo, Yubara and Okutsu are known as the "Mimasaka Santou" (Mimasaka Three Hot Springs), and are popular as quaint hot spring towns.
