This is a notice for customers who are currently using our knives.
Starting September 1st, the previously free Services will become a paid service costing 550 yen per item. (The service will remain the same throughout August.)

Our staff will sharpen each pen individually using a simple sharpener.
Items are registered on the day and returned on the same day.

Since we don't know how busy the store will be on holidays, there may be a wait of some time.
*Since we use a sharpener, we cannot restore the sharpness of knives that cannot be restored with a home sharpener.
The surface may also have scratches.
We are unable to service knives with a single bevel or chipped blades.

◯Temporary childcare service is available for a fee.
If you bring it to our store, we will take it for a while, have a specialist craftsman work on it at our factory, and then deliver it to your home at a later date.
It will take approximately one week.
(Please note that we will be closed during major holidays and the New Year period.)
In addition to knives, we also repair our own products such as scissors and wire cutters.
*We also offer other services such as handle replacement, sharpening, chip repair, and stain removal. We also sharpen various types of scissors and nippers, and repair the springs of nippers.
The cost of replacing the handle varies depending on the type of knife.
Even just a quote is fine.
