How to Apply

Please enclose the following required documents and mail them to the address below.

・Self-introduction (band structure, career, etc.)
・Representative's address/name/phone number
● Audio or video (CDs or DVDs of live performances, etc.)
*Please note that CDs etc. will not be returned.
*Please confirm and agree to the personal information explained at the bottom of the page before sending the required documents.

To the "Musician/Performer Recruitment" department:

The process from application to the day of the performance

1. Send the necessary documents by mail to the address above.
2. Preliminary screening (performed by us)
* Evaluation criteria: We will evaluate whether the application matches the image of our facility.
3. We will contact those who pass the screening.
*We do not accept Contact regarding the review status.
4. Coordinate schedules with those who passed the preliminary screening and discuss other details (by phone)
5. Meeting/final confirmation (on-site)

PA set/Mixer, amplifier, cassette deck, CD, MD
Speakers: 2 main speakers, 2 monitor speakers
Microphone/Wired microphone x 4
Wireless microphone/2 units
Microphone stand/6 units
Stage/Circular (diameter 5.1m)
Lighting/Fixed lights: 12 units

Important Notices for Appearances

● The scheduled date may be postponed due to weather or other circumstances on our side.
● If we decide to cancel an event even during a stage, you may be asked to stop immediately.
● Please note that there is no performance fee. However, audience members may tip the performers.
●All expenses etc. must be borne by each participant.
● Each participant will be responsible for setting up the rental equipment.

Personal Information

The content of your application and any personal information you provide will be used for the purpose of applying to participate in the event at MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.) and to contact you regarding the operation of the event on the day.
The personal information we collect when you apply will be managed in accordance with Privacy Policy of Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.
