We have received a shipment of Miwa no Niji, traditional hand-stretched somen noodles from the Miwa region of Nara Prefecture.
The smooth, easy-to-swallow texture unique to Miwa somen noodles, combined with the vibrant colors of red shiso, tomato, ginger, mugwort, green shiso, blueberry, and purple sweet potato, makes for a visually refreshing dish.
