At MITSUI OUTLET PARK IRUMA, we actively cooperate with travel agencies and transportation companies to ensure that all visitors have a pleasant time. We accept reservations for tour Bus and consultations on tour plans, so please feel free to use our services.

Tourist Bus reservations

At "MITSUI OUTLET PARK IRUMA", we have free parking spaces available for tour Bus (including Bus). Advance reservations are required, so please apply online.

On the day of the tour, please bring the group Bus reservation application form we sent you via email and have Bus driver (or crew member) present it to the parking lot attendant. The attendant will guide you to the parking space. Please note that there are no parking lot attendants on weekdays, so please call an attendant using the intercom installed in the parking lot.

*Group Bus reservation applications are required at the parking lot and at General Information (when exchanging coupons).

Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. If you would like the coupon mailed to you in advance, please make your reservation and apply at least 10 days before the tour date.

Personal Information

The content of your application and your personal information will be used for the purpose of contacting you regarding tour Bus reservations at "MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.)." Personal information provided at the time of application will be managed in accordance with Privacy Policy of Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.

Parking space

Parking space for tourist Bus (including Bus) is parking lot P5.
*During busy periods, we may ask you to use an external parking lot.

About Special Coupons

If you would like to have it sent to you in advance, we will send it to your designated mailing address up to 3 days before the tour date. If you would like it sent to you urgently, please contact the facility.
