The complex features an outdoor "Outlet Building" where you can enjoy outlet shopping, and an indoor "Harbor Building" where you can enjoy everyday shopping, including "MAR INOA UGG TOWN," a large food zone bringing together popular restaurants from Fukuoka, Kyushu, and across Japan, as well as "LOPIA."
Shop, eat, and have fun as you explore the two buildings. A variety of ways to spend your time at this outlet mall go beyond the traditional concept.

The plaza by the sea features "Rathalos, King of the Skies," a symbol of the popular game "Monster Hunter," and the ocean.
Two life-sized statues of Lagiacrus, the "King of the Sea" that stands at the top of the ecosystem, will be making their first appearance in Kyushu.
The BBQ restaurant "Grill Pier," run by the professional meat company LOPIA Group, and an event stage will also be featured, allowing families and friends to enjoy not only shopping and dining, but also seaside entertainment and events.

ACCESS(Transportation Access
- Access by public transport
- Approximately 10 minutes by bus from Meinohama Station on the Fukuoka City subway Airport Line.
- Access by car
- Approximately 2km from the Atago Interchange on the Fukuoka Expressway Ring Road.
In conjunction with the opening of this facility, Showa Bus operated by Showa Motor Co., Ltd. from Meinohama Station, and Nishitetsu bus operated by Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. from Hakata and Tenjin Stations will operate regular route bus to this facility.
